1 double-click the downloaded file and extract the Windows XP Explorer to open it.
Click extract all files 2. A wizard opens.

Open DOS window by clicking start 1 / All Programs / Accessories / Command Prompt

3 Start TSR, type: C capture: \ Snarf \ Snarf
